20240628 Public Hearing at Honyeh Tribe
Led by the tribe leader, the majority of attendees agreed to proceed with our project appeal to the tribe vote process at the end of August.
We addressed all questions from the previous two informative meetings and will continue to host small neighborhood gatherings and household visits to listen and communicate with individuals.
We greatly appreciate the tribe’s decision to move our appeal to the voting process, honoring their autonomous authority to make decisions for their community. We are proud to be part of this process, supporting and respecting their decision-making rights and mechanisms.
