Baseload Capital publishes prospectus

Baseload Capital publishes prospectus and prepares for listing of senior secured green bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Baseload Capital Sweden AB (publ) (“Baseload Capital” or the ”Company”) announced on 14 March 2019 an issue of senior secured green bonds of SEK 500 million (the ”Bonds”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, they will soon be listed and admitted to trading on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. The application for listing of the Bonds will be submitted to Nasdaq Stockholm.

In relation thereto, the Company has prepared a prospectus. As of this day, the prospectus has been approved by and registered at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC. The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company’s website (www.baseloadcap.com).
