20240413 Information Meeting at Honyeh Tribe

Last Saturday, Baseload Power Taiwan hosted the information meeting in the HongYeh tribe of Hualien county.
Despite the busy farming season, with arrow bamboo—an endemic species of Hualien, we were thrilled to see more than 170 people in attendance. We extend our sincere gratitude for their active participation.
We shared:
- Introduction to the Geothermal Power Plant Development Process
- Updates on Geothermal Power Development in Taiwan
- Baseload’s Project Progress Report
- Future Development Plans – Exploration Phase, Development Phase, etc.
- Introduction to Drilling Techniques, Potential Impacts, and Noise Reduction Measures
- Collaborative Community Revitalization through Geothermal Energy Development
And the most important part was the interactive Q&A session, where we had the opportunity to receive questions and opinions directly from the community.
It was a truly enriching experience to listen to and exchange ideas with all participants. In the coming months, we look forward to hosting the second information meeting, conducting household visits, organizing neighborhood meetups, and more, to further demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the community.
