Baseload’s latest book brings the energy transition into the classroom
With its second Our Hidden Powers book, Baseload Capital continues its effort to make complex energy topics easier to understand for younger generations. The Big Switch brings the energy transition into the classroom through storytelling, opening up conversations about where our energy systems come from, why they need to change, and how that shift can happen.
Recently launched in Stockholm, the book introduces Fossi, a character representing fossil energy, and uses that perspective to help readers better understand both the role fossil fuels have played in modern society and the consequences they have had for the climate. In line with the first book, the story aims to spark curiosity, reflection, and meaningful dialogue across generations
